I’m 26, graduated in 2023 with a BA in psych, and have been working in HR at well-known tech companies. I’m pivoting to clinical psychology and planning to pursue a PsyD.

I have some research experience from college and am currently building clinical exp (crisis hotline, hospital volunteering). I’m also trying to land a full-time research role.

1.Am I competitive enough for PsyD programs this cycle?

2.Does 3 years of HR experience at strong tech companies help my application?

Open to any additional advice!
