Always had problems with food nothing serious tho since starting any adhd med I find my self restless at night almost dissociating and convincing myself to binge eat I lost my willpower any tips

I find myself using my dex 10 booster 4-5 hours after 50 vyvanse mostly out of me being board is this bad somtimes it’s impulse aswell
