Tried to comment on an similar older post but for some reason I wasnt able to. Ok the problem im having is im currently a fed with a secret clearance that was completed in 2023. However im applying for a new agency that requires a TS clearance and sent me instructions to complete a new sf-86 through e-app. I completed my e-qip in 2023 and didnt save the file therefore I dont have that information anymore and no access to the website even if I wanted..
My security vetting division agent told me that the information from my e-qip should auto-populate on my e-app but it isn't. She instructed me that I need to do it again and start from scratch. The problem is that im a military brat, have lived in 3 countries, traveled to 12 and have friends all around the world, the original eqip took me a little over a month to complete and Its a bit of a hassle to get all of that information again.... am I screwed and have to do it all over. Or is there something I/she can do to get that information to auto-populate?
