I'm a UK grad, PGY10 working at SpR level, working as LED while unable to get HST jobs in my area. I have been working on the 2002 T&Cs with MN37 pay scale, on a 1A banded rota.

I have an offer for another job which appears to be on a MC75 scale, but I can't find any information on how this scale remunerates OOH/weekends/nights. If there is no uplift then this would be a pretty significant pay cut!

Is it the case that the MC75 contract is PA-based, like a Consultant's? In that case, how would for example an ED rota, with many unsocial hours, work on MC75?
