So hypothetically, if one were to be repeatedly cheated on and one of the side pieces recently had an std check…would there be any legal ramifications for prank calling the wayward partner and telling him of potential exposure to HIV? He did contract another STD more than once. Basically calling him from a burner number and saying that he was exposed, even though it’s unfounded? He won’t wear condoms and had multiple women at once, and it would be hilarious to the betrayed spouse for him to go through that.

Apparently there is a trend going online about doing that but I’m curious if it’s legal. Hell hath no fury like that of a woman scorned, but also said woman wants to stay out of legal trouble.
