As the title says, while Invasion mode can be fun the difference between invading a trial with noob reagents vs invading a trial with experienced reagents is quite jarring and needs to be addressed. Noobs will run as soon as they see an invader thus leading to gameplay where you are the hunter and they are the hunted and the game is on. Both sides have decent odds and things feel balanced.

By contrast, experienced reagents DO NOT get hunted, they hunt you. They charge on sight and immediately stun + jammer combo, then they chase YOU and finish you off with two bricks. Your only chance would be to sneak up on/ambush them but you cannot do so due to the time limit restriction. Removing the time limit would allow you to even the odds by playing the long game, you could patrol the entire map, you could follow the reagents for some time waiting for an opportunity, when attacked you could retreat to the shadows to bide your time or exit the map via an insertion gate and return as soon as you wish. To keep the balance there would also need to be a feature where if an invader stays in one spot for too long without moving, then the reagents get an alert of the invader's position on the map.
