If anyone is getting ready to end their lease at a great place, please let me know. Everyone knows the housing market here in Santa Barbara is insane, so hopeful to use the backdoor-connection. Wife is pregnant and we're trying to get into a 3 bedroom before July. Already live in town and on month to month rent now, so could move very quickly.

Plz message me if you know someone renting their house, or if you're moving and willing to do a "hand off" before the home owner posts on Zillow etc.
