Is it true that Labile hypertension has no treatment?

For context when I was a baby I had a aortic coarctation (probably mispelled that) repaired. Apparently labile hypertension commonly happens with that. I'm 16 now.

They had me on lisinopril for a while, then took me off it to see if my intractable headache would go away (didn't go away. I've just accepted it'll stay there forever). I remember I went on lisinopril some time in 5th grade. I believe they took me off it sometime in 7th grade. They didn't put me back on it because my blood pressure was fine when they took my blood pressure at the doctors office.

But my point is, whats the point of being diagnosed with labile hypertension if their isn't a way to treat it at all?
