I need to get to the intake gears in the first position of the box, to free up filament stuck in the gears. I removed all of the screws, following a short of YouTube. But I think the demonstration was for version 1. However I have version 2 (has a large black panel on the bottom) so easy access to the tech, but can’t find any way to the top front section where the filament is stuck.

I reached out the QIDI , no response yet.
