I recently had a panel interview for a Data Engineer role, and overall I feel like it went pretty well. From my perspective, I was able to answer most of the questions confidently and things seemed positive.

However, now they’ve scheduled another round with a Staff Program Manager. I wasn’t really expecting an additional round after the panel, so I’m a bit unsure how to interpret this.

Is this generally a good sign?

Would appreciate any insights or advice!
