It’s about time to lock in
I got a personal story to share but..
Quit yalls blabbering about personal issues that you can work on getting for you and your family if you have one
America is the Republic for which it stands, One Nation under GOD, I N D I V I S I B L E, with LIBERTY & JUSTICE FOR ALL
I’m a USMC Vet who got in trouble with misconduct (drug abuse) for not knowing how to properly cope and handle loss loved ones. I lost 7 loved ones, including my own son from abortion
I have $10k in personal debt that I racked up in the USMC. I *ONLY* DoorDash to get tidbits of income.
Yk what I did? I went to a hospital for a week cause I had no insurance and I’m part of a community center now. I quit substance abuse (nicotine/cannabinoids/kratom/psychedelics) and I’m getting “better”. I was chronically addicted to nicotine from 17-25. The Marine Corps, being in a combat-related job, stationed in California, messed, me, UP! But, I’m here living life now, trying to get by. Yes, I live with my parents rent-free. I am STRUGGLING mentally and physically. I, for obvious reasons, can’t properly function in society.
I have sensory overload, anxiety, depression, mania, bipolar and I’m schizoAFFECTIVE, bipolar type. I also do not have disability from the USMC due to me getting a “under Other Than Honorable” discharge.
I’m the living embodiment of “struggle”. I accepted it. But, Diamonds are made from pressure. I am somewhat mentally indestructible. I am my worst enemy though.
But Humble, What shall we do?
• “let go” of mental stress & meditate
• listen to “good” or “happy” music
• vent to friends who’d listen and care
• go for a walk
• hit the gym
• change your diet
• take vitamins
• not worry about issues out of your control
• write down your issues or read a book
• take in deep breaths around nature
• listen to certain frequencies
• take a shower / do self hygiene
• watch motivational videos
• sacrifice certain cravings
• ask friends or relatives for advice
• get closer to fellow humans
• uplift and encourage others
• touch base with religion (if you’re into it)
• ask the universe for help
• have a routine
• plan your day a day prior
• manifest controllability of your life
• focus on achieving rather on worries
• complain / whine less
• don’t argue to argue
• find the root issue and solve it yourself with your own power
There’s only so much an individual can do but if we learn to help one another and motivate others who are struggling, both minds will sharpen up. It’s true that steel sharpen steel and vice versa with humans. We are each like double edged swords with eyes of fire. We can cast out negativity in our minds. The mind may have trauma, but time will heal all.
I have hope and faith in all of you that yall can achieve yalls dreams. Life is full of opportunities and challenges. How you come up from the bottom is what matters.
Trees start in the ground like grass but trees grow differently and provide more. Be a tree, not a blade of grass.
