I underestimated how lonely building something actually feels

I always thought the hard part would be building the product.

Turns out the harder part is waking up every day and still believing in it when nobody is clapping, nobody is replying, and your own brain keeps asking, “what if this is all stupid?”

Not saying this for sympathy. Just genuinely curious.

For people building alone or trying to get something off the ground, how do you stay sane when results are slow?
