Hi all! I’ve already emailed EcoFlow about this, but it’s been a week and no response. I also did a google search and tried the discharge/full charge + BMS reset sequence.
I’ve had a River 2 Pro for about 18 months, and always charged it at home, or with a 200w foldable solar panel.
Recently I tried to charge the station with the 120v 400w outlet in my truck, and it won’t charge. It keeps making a clicking noise at about 1 click per second.
Anyone have any ideas? To be clear- the unit works perfectly otherwise. Holds a charge, all the outlets work, and it charges fine from a house outlet or a solar panel.
