I’ve been working on a small visual builder to help plan mod combinations before ordering parts. The main thing I’m testing is custom uploads: adding your own dial or bezel insert image, adjusting the fit, and exporting a quick mockup.

It’s still rough and desktop works better than mobile right now, but I’d be curious if this workflow makes sense for planning builds.

I made a small MVP watch build preview tool and would love some feedback.

The part I’m testing is custom uploads: you can upload your own dial or bezel insert image from places like AliExpress, Namoki or eBay, adjust it, and export a preview of the build.

It’s not a polished product render yet, and mobile still needs work, but the basic flow works.
