Very curious to know ? Does Asian paints give the same salary at IIM ABC/XLRI vs an NMIMS ?

Looking for advise on switching jobs and if I am at the right place for myself - Never switched the company so far and have been in the same company for the last 4 years- and 2 years prior MBA experience. Currently earning 36 LPA base and 5 lakhs RSUs - CTC 41 LPA. Am I screwed ? Is this the time to switch companies ? PS - Graduated in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
