Need help with J&T express issue
Hi, I placed an order on a website that I spent 200 AED on. They handled the shipping to J&T express. I was supposed to receive my order on wednesday and the customer care said that they'll deliver it on that day. However I did not receive it and I called them again yesterday and they told me the package will arrive today. However today morning I check my tracking status and it shows the package has been delivered. Nobody called me nor have I received the package. I'm reading online reviews and people are having the same experience as me. What do I do? Their customer service timings are genuinely horrendous, 9am to 6pm and they don't even pick up 15 minutes before closing time
Edit: I called them today morning and they told me they'll call me back in another 24 hours. What are the chances I'm actually getting my parcel?
