Looking for advice - do I leave my current job to make more but with terrible WLB?

Hi all, longtime lurker here! I'm much younger (23) than most of you all (I assume?), and it seems like everyone here is much further in their careers + more experienced. So I wanted to see if any of you all had some advice for me.

I'm currently in a big tech (not FAANG) company making about 150K TC (all cash, no equity) here in NYC, which will drop to 130K soon, as after my 1st year I won't be getting a nice sign-on bonus or relocation. Work life balance is great, I'm 2 days in office, working 10-4/10-5. Fridays are basically off, where I'm just on Slack.

I got really lucky was offered a role at a startup where I'd make a little more than 300K/year, of which roughly 60K is equity.

The thing is - my whole life I've kind of been a "study hard, try hard" kind of person that didn't really have too much fun in college, so I've been really enjoying my time in NYC so far.

This new company is 996 - 9 AM to 9 PM, 6 days a week. Probably a little worse on some days. Typical startup grind culture...

Many of you are much further along in your careers and may have been in a similar situation as I am, right now. Which did you choose, and why?

TL;DR: Making 130K at current company with great WLB, got offered 300K at another company with terrible WLB. I'm 23. What do I do?
