i had a really bad self-imposed bout of insomnia in december, and even though since then i haven't had any real problems since, i HAVE had persistent anticipatory anxiety even though i've been going months without problems - i just booked an appointment but it's a month out so i'm looking for answers here;

it seems self-evident thus far but, if i continue feeling this anxiety, it shouldn't become a legitimate problem, will it? i feel like half of my problem is thinking the anxiety will EVENTUALLY be a problem even though really it hasn't since i started feeling it, so it's perpetuating itself
