So this is kind of a long shot but I figured I can trust all of you here to help guide me in the right direction. I am beginning my past life regression journey because after years of being told by other psychics that there are things that I need to deal with in my past lives I figured it's about time I started. I have been feeling a little lost lately and the answer I keep getting from my spirit guides is that I need to look into my past lives. I have no idea where to start so if any of you have any information that could help me I would really appreciate it.

I am new to past life investigation, I don't even know if that's the correct word for it. I have been to many psychics and they have all told me that there are things in my past lives that I need to explore but they can't tell me anything more than that because I wasn't ready. I want to begin the journey and finding what is in my past lives but I have no idea where to start. Any recommendations would be very helpful, I'm feeling a little lost right now and my guides are saying that this is the best way to go about healing.
