Hi, I bought a 2023 Trident last year and fitted some genuine Triumph heated grips as I liked the way they integrated. They have never been “that” warm, just almost adequate, and nothing like as warm as the Oxford grips on my old bike.

I’ve been reading about the issue today and a number of people have referenced a firmware update which solves the issue. I’ve just checked my firmware on Tune ECU and it looks like the original. The bike went to the dealer for its first two services (original owner), then I’ve serviced it myself since then. I just wondered if anyone has any experience of the main dealer upgrading the firmware and what the likely charge would be? Thanks

I bought this alongside a Black no date and have decided to keep that instead. This watch is exactly the same as the best edition apart from the movement, which is why VSF sell them as the youth edition.
