Hi team,

One of the tenants in the property reckon that they need a firearms licence as part of a university training (I'm guessing this is some police course?)- as part of this they must demonstrate that any firearm can be stored safely and in full compliance with NZ regulations and requirements by the provider.

That's all well and good.

What would this mean for me as a landlord? I'm guessing we'll need to get a locker installed somewhere but I'd rather this not be damaging the house in any way.

Any advice is welcome for this situation- what would you do?
