Let me explain,im 16 I was walking with my friends (the are also 16) a crazy drunk dude randomly attacked my friend so I grabbed him off he hit me with the glass bottle my hand starts to bleed me and my friends ran away from the drunk man then I tried calling the police i dialed 119 then she keeps talking hanging up (the dispatcher ) she keeps on kissing her teeth then said "what's your emergency." No greeting no nothing then I told her I couldn't even finish it then she hung up never called me back I could have died!
