I'm doing some work on my JDM 1990 TT and have found a leak on the power steering return hose (short straight rack to reservoir one).

There is a metal crimp fitting thing holding it on that I can't find anywhere on a diagram. I've tried cutting it but it still won't pry off despite cutting it down to the hose surface. Does anyone have advice for removing this or have I cut something I shouldn't have?
