Has the Beelink GTR9 PRO Ethernet Issue been fully resolved?
I’m considering buying a Beelink GTR9 Pro (Ryzen AI Max+ 395) for home AI/server use, but I’ve seen many reports about problems with the Intel E610 10GbE ports, especially under load.
For those who own one:
- Has the Ethernet issue actually been fixed now?
- If yes, was it fixed by BIOS, NIC firmware, driver update, or a newer hardware batch?
- Does the problem still happen on both Windows and Ubuntu/Linux?
- Are the newer units safe to buy, or is this still a gamble?
- If it is not fully fixed, what workaround are you using? USB/Thunderbolt/USB4 Ethernet adapter? Wi-Fi? Something else?
I plan to use it with a NAS and remote access, so stable wired networking is very important.
I’d appreciate real owner feedback, especially from anyone who has tested sustained load, large file transfers, local AI workloads, or 10GbE use.
