The update BRICKS my controller, windows dosen't recognise in as a devise or a controller and IT WILL SHUT OFF ON ITS OWN AND DOSEN'T POWER BACK ON

I ALSO REDOWNLOADED THE FIRMWARE, BEACUSE SOMEHOW IT WENY BACK TO 0.0.0 AND EVEN WITH THE REDOWNLAD, NO FIX, I AM ACTIVLY LOOKING FOR MY ORDER CODE, BUT IT WAS GIFT SO ME GETTING A MY WARRENTY, FUCK NO

Update: Try redownloading the firmware punch of times and if controller disconects still just keep powering it back up again, should work at some point, and check if y have shut down timer on or off in companion app as well.

I have had my scuf for adout 5 months and now disided to download the companion app. After that i saw that i had outdated firware and beacuse of that the app didn't work. Then went to the website, got the firware updater, updated the controller and got accsess to the app. Made some changes and then the controller started to act up, shutting down after short while even when the "shut down after x min" setting was turend off in app and now refuses to power on. Every cable and usb A aoutlet has been tried but no power no matter how long I hold the Nexus putton.

Is there a fix, the controller was a gift and we can't find the order nr (activly looking) for warrenty claim.
