Was there a recent resolution that cancelled this out? Or sadyang sa med boards is one of the professions where retakers are allowed to be in the topnotchers list? Doc Erwin's story is very inspirational, especially sa mga studyanteng naapektohan ng external circumstances. Congrats sa lahat!!
