Frustrated and need Help

Hey everyone, I’ve been dealing with erectile dysfunction and almost zero libido since I was a teenager. I’m now 25, 6’2”, 165 lbs, and generally active.
I’ve tried several medications — Trimix worked once but felt off, and I just finished a course of BlueChew Gold at the highest dose with no real results. Viagra and Cialis provide minor improvement but nothing close to normal. Alcohol seems to help with the mental/anxiety side, which then helps a bit physically.
The issue feels partly psychological — I struggle to connect with my partner, though years ago I was able to. I can occasionally get a partial erection (~60%) watching porn and am able to finish, but it’s essentially the same experience as sex.
Some physical details that might be relevant:
• The area above my penis becomes very firm/hard
• There’s a vein on the left side that causes pain
My sleep is good, stress is low, I stay hydrated, and I limit sugar. I do eat only one meal a day, which I know isn’t ideal
All my blood work is good .
I have a doctor’s appointment this week, but in the meantime I’d love any advice — especially around improving libido naturally. Has anyone dealt with something similar?

Need Help

Hello I’d really appreciate some help from someone in here, I’ve been dealing with erection problems since I was a teenager. I am now 25 and deal with severe ed and no libido. I’ve tried trimex (it worked once but never again and was a strange boner) I just tried blue chew gold at the highest dosage. Nothing has happened and it feels like I’ve become asexual over the years sometimes I briefly have moments where I can get erect but it’s never a full erection. It feels mental with the ability to not connect to my partner. I’ve been fully connected and erect but it was years ago. I’ve tried pretty much every kind of medication, viagra or ciallis helps a little. I watch porn every once in a while and get like 60% erect and am able to finish. It’s pretty much the same as sex. I’m 6’2 and 165 pounds and am active day to day. I sleep a lot and never stress so it’s not that. I eat one meal a day and tend to drink a fair amount of water. I don’t eat a lot of sugar but I’m sure the diet could be a bit better. Alcohol does help a good amount with the mental side which then helps with the physical side.
