I found this cat outside my apartment complex who seems to be a stray. Unsure of the sex. They were meowing very loudly and but they allowed me pet after giving some food and water. No collar, matted fur and their right eye looks a little wonky. Unfortunately a neighbor scared them away by getting into their car, so I left the food and water for them. If I can get them tomorrow, where should I take them? I have a cat at home so I can’t bring them inside :(
