I got 2+2 for penn state (abington+up) are there any scholarships for attending abington? also are the first 2 years cheaper than being on main campus? (it shows that I have to pay around 40k per year, but if there are any loopholes…)

If not do u guys think its worth it to take on the slightly more expensive cost for purdue indy mechanical engineering? (~58k)

I’m ngl, I’m broke and I’ll be paying majority of my tuition with loans, I didn’t get jack squat for aid.
