








my journey for the ones who was interested..
Minoxidil 2x a day
Finasteride every morning
Gym 4–5x a week
Eating mostly whole foods (80/20 rule, still got my junk food moments ) + staying hydrated
Hopefully the lil small light spot I have in the middle fill all the way in like the rest did .

Had a couple people saying I’m using fibers or I’m “not real” 😂 😂😂💀 I’m just like… you really think I spent all that money and time just to spray fibers on my head? come on now 😭 I’ll take it as a compliment though
Anyways I’m just staying consistent and letting time do its thing.
My results can be different from yours we are all different had a few people message pretty sad about their results.. I want you to know I’m just a early bloomer just stay consistent and patience with your routine.
