Urgent help BAU vs GAU

Hey everyone, I’m deciding between *Batumi International University [BAU]* and *Georgian American University [GAU]* for MBBS and need some real input.

Here’s what I’ve found so far:

  1. *Anatomy teaching*

BAU has cadavers. GAU uses dummies instead.

  2. *Location + Indian community*

BAU is in Batumi - seems quieter, fewer Indian students, more of a tourist city.

GAU is in Tbilisi - more Indian students, bigger community.

  3. *FMGE pass rate*

    GAU claims around 80%.

BAU is around 60-63%. Not sure how reliable these numbers are.

  4. *Student life*

GAU seems to have more fests, events, and cultural stuff.

BAU - not sure if there’s much beyond academics.

  5. *City vibe + cost of living*

    Batumi feels less developed.

Tbilisi seems more lively and gives more of an “abroad” experience.

  6. *Overall reputation*

GAU feels like it has a stronger reputation compared to BAU.

*My main concern*: I want to study seriously, but I’d also like some balance - Indian community, festivals, student life. Indian med students deserve some fun too, right?

If anyone has studied at BAU or GAU, how’s the clinical exposure, faculty, FMGE prep support, and day-to-day student life?

Any honest advice would help a lot. Trying to make the right decision.

Pls don't say things like don't do mbbs abroad it's not worth it and stuff and pls people who are actually studying there or have completed studies there reply . I don't want non medicos taking bs here 🙏🏻
