Any tips for disabled con artists?

I'm going to sell at my first convention in the Summer, so I'm trying to prepare. Thing is, I walk with a rollator (wheeled walker if you're not familiar), and I'm worried about being able to put my display together when so many reviews for cube sets say they took hours to assemble. Any other physically disabled vendors have experience and/or recommendations? Or any tips at all for vending at conventions when disabled?
