Need help picking a team- feeling BURNT OUT

I’ve been using Ladder for almost a year now, and I’m finding myself in a bit of a rut (haven’t gone to the gym in almost 2 weeks) I think I need to switch teams but I’m not sure where to go.

Previously I’ve been on Forged (current team), Ascend, Evolve, and Limitless and pretty much stick to those, with a few conditioning workouts sprinkled in from other teams when I want. (Trying to be better at getting my cardio in even though I kind of hate it)

I feel like I’ve been getting SO burnt out with just bodybuilding and I’ve been really slowing down with how many workouts I’ve been getting done per week. I used to be doing 5-6 a week and now I’m not going at all.

I’d like to lift 3-4 times a week and 1-2 cardio/conditioning specific sessions the other days. I’m also trying to walk outside as much as I can when it’s nice out

What are your favorite teams/combination of teams that would make sense for my lifting/cardio goals? I have full access to a gym

(I know this comes down to routine and motivation but I wasn’t sure if anyone else has been in a similar situation and found a team/teams they really enjoyed? )
