Howdy! I remember listening to a progression fantasy audiobook a few years ago and I'm trying to find it again.

Here's what I remember:

- It's a regressor story; the main character went through everything and is back at the start of the system apocalypse

- MC gets the unique "life orb" ability, which allows him to manipulate these floating orbs for battle and utility, but mainly allows him to respawn on death by consuming an orb on a cooldown.

- Setting was like an endless sea of apartments and high rise buildings at the start?

Most of the other details are hazy, but I'm very certain on the first two points! If anyone could help me find the name of it I'd be super appreciative <3
