I have to say being on a team with Coach Neen has been such a game changer.

I’ve been on Ladder for a few years now and have tried a variety of teams and I’ve never experienced a coach this active.

He’s in the chat 3–4 times a day every single day, constantly dropping knowledge, answering questions, and actually helping you get better.

It’s not just the workouts which will make you want to rethink hitting that start workout the next day, it’s the why behind everything, the form cues, the little mindset shifts. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants every single person to succeed.

It really does feel different when your coach is this invested 🙌🏻💪🏻
