Questions about my CADs from Provence

Hi everybody! So this is my first time commissioning a ring overseas from Provence, and in general, and I wanted to know your thoughts on the CADs. My partner and I are ordering matching moissanite e-rings, one in 9 and one in 11, so those are the first two pictures. I'm working with Jason through WhatsApp.

The last eight pictures were the photos I sent him for reference of what I wanted, from off of Provence's own website. The only difference I asked for is that it should be yellow 14k gold.

My questions:

What are your thoughts on the CADs?

The stones on the pave in the photos look totally different in the CAD. Is this a problem? We're also open to removing the pave altogether and just replacing it with the plain gold like the other side of the split shank if the pave won't look like the photos.

The design seems flipped from the photos we sent, but we're pretty much okay with that, although I did like the original a little better.

Does this all seem ok? How can I explain to him what to change to make the process go smoothly and quickly?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Is it inevitable for a moissanite marquise to be cloudy or milky?

Are all (or most) moissanite marquise cloudy or milky? Is there any way to avoid it or is that just inevitable? I am curious because I love the sparkle of moissanite and just love moissanite in general (space rock etc etc), and I generally look at moissanite as its own gemstone, not a diamond alternative. However, I also love the way a clear, sparkly marquise diamond looks, as opposed to some of the less clear moissanite marquise I've seen pictures of. So I'm wondering, is there any way to get the best of both worlds with a not milky moissanite marquise, or would I be better off just saving up for a lab diamond?
