Can anybody tell me what is FEAT. and how to apply to fccu for undergrad and when admissions open

I wanted to ask does bnu even reject some admissions as well? or they let in everyone

also please tell me what would be better in bnu:

1: BBA

2: Management & Business Computing

i have done GED, which is equivalent to fcs in pakistan. Ibcc will give me 49% after grades conversion.

Would BNU give me addmission with 49% if the eligibility requirement is 50%
