It says unlock at level 4 but what does that mean? My first pet is already level 14

Here’s the clip of my final run, I deffo died over 50 times on this level but the last few runs I stopped overthinking and just went for it! Overall amazing game and I can’t wait to see what’s next in Astro’s series 😊
