TLDR: using santyl.. is this expected or the wound getting worse? Are we ok to wait for wound care appt Wednesday or should we go to ER?

My dad has a sacral pressure wound after a long hospital stay. He has an appointment with wound care next Wednesday but we are wondering if we need to intervene sooner? He was discharged on 4/11 and debridement was 3/24. They were doing wet to dry with santyl BID at the hospital and we continued that at home despite being sent home with zero instructions or supplies. He has home health and they only looked at it on 4/12 and when we ask about the wound they just ask me what I think. Wound care seems unbothered.. attaching pictures. The ones without dates are from this morning. On 4/20 we used medihoney because we were out of santyl. On 4/28 we started using dry gauze instead of wet to dry because of exudate.. picture of that is from this mornings dry gauze. It has the wet bandaid smell but we just don’t know if we need an ER visit or to alter anything? We ask all the medical professionals and they all keep passing it off and will not provide insight. I know this is just getting feedback from other people and doesn’t replace a visit. He’s alert and oriented and all that now and no signs of infection.
