First off my wife is pregnant!

I'm not the best at putting my thoughts into writing/words so I'm sorry for any potential rambling. I need advice on how to get out of my head and not beat my self up.

But what's getting me down the most is that we had to use donor sperm because I have none. I was diagnosed with kallmann syndrome a few years ago. A little later in life then most do. We tried to use prygnl to boost my testosterone and produce sperm with no luck.

I am beyond excited that we're finally have a baby, but I feel like I have failed. She got pregnant on our first try with IUI
