Scientists hiking in Alaska saw sunset reveal thousands of dinosaur tracks hidden in the rocks

I can understand discovering fossils like bones, eggs etc after millions of years, but how are footmarks preserved for millions of years...I don't understand how is this possible? Guys...anyone?

I have heard that Neanderthals and Homo sapiens interbred within the past 50,000 years

I mean i would like to assume in those days mammals were not open to interbred given the evolution of our society, i am thinking why would Homo Sapiens and Neanderthals unless one was looking for some else's protection. I also read Neanderthals males bred with Homo sapiens females more in reference to Homo sapiens males to Neanderthals females. Was it that Neanderthals were more powerful than Homo sapiens
