My Son (19). Gave me permission to post his Glow Up!
At 17/18 my son was about 20 stone. He constantly ate and ate and he had his own money and no way of stopping him. Start of last year 2025 we went on a mission to get him to lose weight. It was tough, I was accused by him of stealing his money cause I held it back so he couldn’t buy takeout. He started losing and now he has lost 5 stone!! His takeaway addiction is gone n he now has the money in his savings.
