Wondering what might be wrong here. New growth leaves are small, dark and not unfurling (compared to previous leaves). It is indoors on a windowsill facing west, the weather lately has been very grey so it hasn't been getting much sun. It is watered once a week and this pot has room at the bottom for water to evaporate between waters.
