I’m scared I’m gonna get fired

I got hired in February for AM merch but by the time I did orientation and everything, they had me start end of March. I’m still in my 90 day period but the problem is I’m a student. Getting hired so late meant I had to take time off for exams (which they said was no problem) and then when I came back to work I sprained my wrist unfortunately and then had to take time off as I had to move from my dorm and my lease didn’t start until May 1st. Both times off were not something I could avoid.

I went back to work May 2nd and I’ve been working consistently since. I’ve felt like I was quite literally killing myself at this job, doing anything and everything I was asked, staying as long as they needed me, even using my sprained wrist so I didn’t look like I wasn’t up for the job even though my FAF stated that I had to avoid using it for two weeks after returning to work.

Almost all my shifts since I got hired have been 5 hours and 4-9 am but my supervisor has me working 10:15-3:15 pm for the rest of the month. I talked to them today and they were basically saying all this stuff about sense of urgency and how others are always breaking a sweat and never taking time off and how I needed to keep that in mind since I’m still in my 90 days.

I mean I don’t get it. My dad literally had an open heart surgery and a stroke and has been in the hospital for weeks and I haven’t even gone back home to visit because I’m working almost every day. I show up on time, I push myself, what more do I need to do? I need this job really bad and I truly care about my position. I just don’t understand what more I need to do to not get fired in this period? How do I show my supervisor that I’m up for the job anymore than I thought I’ve been? Please help me.
