Guys how do I know if I am digesting gluten just fine? My stomach gets bloated but it’s been bloated and excess gas burping etc.. but I think that is because I think I have SIBO not due to gluten. I had always been pretty constipated my whole life. But I’ve never been gluten free and haven’t noticed any issues with eating gluten. My mom thinks I should cut out gluten but I really don’t think I need to because eating gluten doesn’t make me have issues with diarrhea stomach aches etc.. idk the symptoms of gluten intolerance or allergy.
