Daughter’s 1st piercing. Allergic reaction? Or? Help!

My 9 yo got her ears pierced a week ago today at a good quality tattoo/piercing shop. We’ve been using antibacterial soap and neilmed aftercare mist spray 2x per day.

After about 3 days, she developed tiny blistery rash spot on her cheek in front of her ear, but piercing looked ok. The next day on the other ear, it was a little red and then by the end of the day she had developed a blister on her cartilage just past the fleshy lobe. But again the piercing seems fine? Of course that ear is tender/red now.

She does tend to have sensitive skin in general so I was wondering if she’s reacting to the soap? Can’t be the saline spray, right? Last night I gave her Benadryl and put some hydrocortisone cream on the blister, and took these pics this morning. I told her let’s just use water for a few days and see if this clears. But any thoughts? Thx Reddit!
