I was creating a blind OC character and I wondered if this was possible. I feel like I wouldn't be able to fight with just heightened senses, so I'd need something more. Something interesting would be a jutsu that allows one to see like a sixth sense, but that not only allows one to sense presences but to see directly, and if that is not possible then at least only sense presences. Perhaps it could also be a Wise mode with a super sense that allows one to feel reality itself. I don't know if this is possible, even Naruto in SPSM can't see directly without eyes.

Now that I think about it, wasn't there a character in the Sasuke Retsuden novel who used a jutsu to see because he was blind? I think his name was Zansul. And if I remember correctly...And if I remember correctly, I think it was said that the Otsutsuki with the moon-sealed eyes also had jutsus to see.
