So I’ve been going thru telogen for about 8 months, my labs came back fine but I eat very bad, not enough protein but my hair has become so bad

Is there anybody who is on minoxidil for telogen and how is it? Would you recommend

I wanted to know if there is teenagers here going thru telogen, I need someone to relate too

As someone going thru telogen I feel like it’s harder especially going to school and worrying abt it every second I’m there, if you can relate please!!!
