These are 15-gram dosage.
It always depends on the beans how much space is left in the tubes. Do you think there’s too much air in there to freeze? I usually use a vacuum bag, but I find these tubes so convenient.

I’m trying to get more out of the Alchemist. Right now, I’m only getting cocoa nibs with a slightly dry aftertaste. But it’s still nice.
I was hoping for more, though. It was also my first time using Lotus Drops. I tried Rao’s recipe and Comandante C40 at 22, water at 90 degrees. Hario Switch Neo with Abaca and a 2.5-minute steep, 1:16 Ratio.
Maybe a different water recipe for an anaerobic coffee? The coffee is currently 21 days rested.
As an alternative, I also have the Kalita Mino 185.
