Jury Finds St. Cloud Man Guilty on One of Three Charges in Sexual Assault Trial

“(KNSI) – A Stearns County jury has reached a verdict in the case of a 55-year-old St. Cloud man accused of raping and kidnapping a woman.

On Friday, jurors found Marquell Steven Goree guilty of first-degree criminal sexual conduct causing fear of great bodily harm. He was found not guilty of a second count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a dangerous weapon and not guilty of kidnapping.”

“According to the criminal complaint, Goree began making unwanted advances once she arrived and told her to remove her clothes. When she refused and tried to leave, Goree allegedly pulled out an 8-inch switchblade knife, held it to her face, grabbed her by the throat, and told her she could not leave.”

“The victim said she feared for her life and was sexually assaulted multiple times during her captivity. She reported that Goree took her clothes, made her wear a blue bathrobe, escorted her to and from the bathroom, threatened to kill her, and kept knives near him at all times. She said she was eventually allowed to leave after telling Goree she had a probation appointment.”

https://www.limitless-news.com/local/rosemount-shots-fired-update-charges

“The alleged victim later told police Cruz had confronted him earlier, making threatening statements, including “I’ll beat your ass” and “I’ll kill you,” before the situation escalated. The victim said he later saw Cruz at the intersection, at which point Cruz allegedly fired at him, prompting the victim to duck and flee the area.”

“Investigators used surveillance footage from a nearby apartment complex to identify Cruz as the suspect driver. Video reportedly showed Cruz confronting the victim earlier in the parking lot, following the victim’s vehicle, and stopping at the intersection and positioning himself before firing at the SUV.”

Be careful out there everybody. Minnesota judges let people like this roam the streets with us and will literally try to take your life over NOTHING. Do not partake in road rage. Avoid it at all costs.

Teen who tried to bring machine gun to high school graduation convicted by jury

https://bringmethenews.com/minnesota-news/teen-who-tried-to-bring-machine-gun-to-high-school-graduation-convicted-by-jury

“Amiir Mawlid Ali, 19, of Minneapolis, was pulled over for a traffic violation as he was on his way to Edina High School’s graduation at the University of Minnesota last June.”

“Three days after the traffic stop, Ali was among those arrested at the scene of the shooting after the Burnsville graduation ceremony on the football field at Burnsville High School on June 6.”

“The incidents came in the week after a 20-year-old man opened fire outside Wayzata High School’s graduation ceremony at the Mariucci Arena on the U of M campus.”

So three separate incidents of shooting up high school graduations or on the way to shoot up a high school graduation. The three high schools that were targeted EDINA, WAYZATA and BURNSVILLE.

Hmmm.. what do these 3 schools have in common that Amiir Mawlid would want to go and shoot up their graduation ceremonies? How is this not national news?
